Treatment Times: Most
treatments require one hour. Please allow for consultation,
undressing and dressing.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive
15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Please understand
scheduled services cannot be extended. An unrushed treatment
will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled session.
You will be responsible for full service fee.
Health Information: In
order to ensure customized treatments and to accommodate special
needs, each client must complete a general health information
form during their first visit.
Reservations/Appointments: When
a client makes a reservation for services, a credit
card number or gift certificate number is retained. We request
if a reservation must be cancelled, it be done 24
hours prior to the scheduled service time. If less than 24 hours
notice is given, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
Settling
Your Account: All charges are requested
to be paid at time of service. Cash, personal check, Visa, MasterCard
American Express are accepted. There is a $30 fee for returned
checks.

Gratuities: Tipping is
neither required nor expected. We are grateful for your loyalty
and referrals.
Cell Phones: We ask that you please
keep you cell phone turned off during your treatment time.
Safety: For your safety and ours,
we take all precautions necessary and use required methods
of sterilization.
